The ZCC Consulting Advisory Firm was founded by Richard M. Zimmer, P.E. in 1982 with the goal of providing highly responsive and accurate project assessment information to the Construction Lending Community active throughout Florida. Our team has evolved since that time into a skilled group of construction savvy professionals who are focused and aware of our role as a Lender support service provider. Having completed over 12,000 projects for our Lender clients during our practice years, we have built a positive reputation as the "go to" advisor.
