Condition Assessment Reviews (CARs)

The ZCC field staff will examine and evaluate your existing facilities to be transferred or refinanced and will identify any items that may need repair/replacement attention. An estimate of costs to make said repair/replacements will be included in a written comprehensive report containing descriptively captioned photographs. Our facility review experience includes nearly all types and sizes of industrial, commercial and residential buildings. Assessment of ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) compliance standards may be included in the evaluation for commercial projects. Reports based upon ASTM 2018-1 (American Standards and Testing Materials) criteria are available.
