Cost to Complete (CTC)

There are times when, for one reason or another, for instance a project has been stalled or the ownership or contractor has changed, when our clients may wish to know the current cost to complete their funded project. We will evaluate the status of completion of the work, prepare an estimate of the Cost to Complete in current money value and issue a narrative report conveying this information.
