Expert Witness Testimony

Richard M. Zimmer, P.E. has provided expert witness testimony on many occasions over the past 25 years as part of our specialty engineering practice in the State of Florida. Rick has been certified as an expert in County, State and Federal courts in construction defects, estimated repair costs, and program evaluation and reporting. In eminent domain cases, he has provided replacement cost valuation testimony for a variety of commercial and industrial projects.
