Zimmer Construction Consultants announces a new service for the Real Estate Lending and Management Industries.
Boca Raton and Orlando, FL (PRWEB) April 14, 2009 – In response to the recent needs of the real estate lending and management industries, Zimmer Construction Consultants (ZCC) will be adding Foreclosed/Distressed Property Repair Services to the versatile list of other services performed by ZCC. Cost estimates, arrangements for repair work, and oversight of workmanship quality will be provided, changing distressed/foreclosed properties into usable and saleable assets.
The new Foreclosed/Distressed Property Repair Services will be offered in addition to the Plan and Cost Review, Construction Monitoring and Funding Advice, 40-Year Certification, Wind Mitigation Inspection, Facility Condition Assessment, and Replacement Cost Estimate/Probable Maximum Loss Estimate Services that Zimmer Construction Consultants has been providing the Real Estate and Lending community since 1982.
