After a career in nursing and in medical transcription, we were fortunate to have Karyn join us in September of 2004. Karyn started as our Receptionist and it soon became evident that her talents were greatly needed with our transcription team. It was not long before Karyn's leadership abilities came to the fore and we happily named Karyn as Team Leader for the Administration Team. Karyn's steadiness and daily initiatives have been an inspration to her teammates and an asset to ZCC from her first day on the job.
