Pre-Closing Plan and Cost Reviews (PRVs)

As part of our pre-closing document review, our Plan Review Team will evaluate Plans for completeness; Contracts for appropriateness and essential information; Soils Reports for site suitability and foundation design recommendations; and Hard Costs for sufficiency. Using our proprietary historical construction cost database assembled from actual projects we have worked with over the past 20 years, the Reviewer will analyze and compare the project's calculated unit costs for specific work categories. The written findings and recommendations will be presented in a narrative style, easy-to-read report offered in layman's terms. We strive to remove the mystery of construction for our Lender clients.
