Project Status Reports (PSRs)

We perform periodic site visits to assess construction progress and to make Contractor payment recommendations. Within two working days of receiving a request, our field inspection team representative will go to the construction site and evaluate the level of work completion and compare it to the Contractor's payment request. Within hours, a Funding Recommendation containing any helpful significant commentary will be faxed or emailed to the Lender. During our draw inspections, while reviewing the Contractors draw request, we also review the quality of completed work, confirm it’s general conformance with Plans, and verify it is in accord with good construction practice. A full narrative-style report containing captioned color pictures taken at the jobsite will be transmitted to the Lender within a few days.
